A Sonourge story~

Scourge was walking on the sidewalk, signing with boredom as he watched birds fly by. Ever sense he came to Mobius to escape from the "new" society in Moebius, it's being boring as hell. No one to fight, no chaos, absolutely NOTHING. He got lost in his thoughts, thinking about Moebius and such, and bumped into someone falling backwards. "Hey! Watch where 'ya going!" He growled out loud, then opened his eyes looking up. It was Sonic, and he grumbled as he saw his counterpart turn around to help him up.
"Sorry buddy." The blue hedgehog held out his hand.
"Were not 'buddies' Blue." Scourge took his hand, and he pulled him up onto his feet. Even though he said they weren't friends, really Sonic was the only one he ever talked to anymore, and then beat him up sometimes afterwards. "So, Blue; where 'ya heading?"
"Oh, I'm supposed to meet Tails at his lab, he has a new prototype for the X Tornado."
"Then you'd better get going."
"Eh, no because Tails just called me and said that it wasn't quite done yet, and said not to come 'till Wednesday."
"So...You're just standing here?" Scourge crossed his arms, lowering his eyes. Sonic nodded, "Yep! Truth is...I'm kind of bored, no Eggman to fight sense he's locked up, and no other villains to take down."
~Bored too, eh?~ Scourge thought.
"So, anything you want to do Green?" Sonic asked, catching Scourge a little off guard.
"Well...Um.." He shrugged, "Knowing that were counterparts, we'll want to do different things."
"Like?"
"Like you want to be all heroic and such, while I want to reek havoc and you know, be 'bad'."
"Good point.."
"Eh, I guess we can go walk around or something; that's what I've been doing."
"Sure, come on." Sonic said, then started to walk, Scourge following after him.

"So Blue, Eggman's locked up?"
"Yeah, after that whole Time Eater thing I caught him before he could make a lousy escape. Let's just say I taught him a lesson he'll remember. Now he's in G.U.N's top prison, though he'll most likely escape sooner or later. Oh well, that just means I get to take him down again!" Sonic chuckled as he finshed, "It's nice being the hero, cause they always win!"
"The heroes don't always win Blue." Scourge smirked slightly, "Remember back in those days when we practically HATED each other? Well I won most of the fights, you didn't stand one chance! Not to mention, I kicked your ass when I was Super Scourge."
Sonic looked a little sick now, and he had his hands on his stomech, "Don't remind me."
"Ha. See, this is why everyone likes the villains better then the heroes."
"Hey! That is not true!"
"Then why do our fans like Shadow and me better than you, Blue?"
Sonic grumbled, "Shut up."
"Speaking of Shads, how has that emo been?"
"Shadow's been the same, constantly beating me up. Yep, the usual. We were talking yesterday about this one episode of Soul Eater, eh, it didn't last long because he punched me in the stomach when I said Kid was a crybaby."
~What the f*ck is Soul Eater?~ Scourge thought, ~Whatever it is, I guess they like it.~
"So Scourge, what happened to your little group?" Sonic asked, crossing his arms as they walked.
"Oh, well, most of them are in jail. The others are scattered to do Moebius's new 'society'. There's not really a group anymore, hell I'm not even sure where Fiona is."
"So you two aren't together anymore?"
"Nope."
"Serves her right for slapping Tails across the face." There was a hint of a growl in Sonic's voice, as he tried to defend his little brother.
"Hey, I laughed at that." Scourge snickered.
"It wasn't funny!"
"Yeah it was Blue." Scourge jumped up into a tree at the last word. "Trees are the same as they are at Moebius now."
Sonic looked up at him. "Well yeah, half the trees were destroyed when you were in charge."
"That was the glory days, Blue." Scourge layed back, closing his eyes. Sonic then leaped up on a branch above him, gazing down at him, as the green hedgehog look as if he had already fallen asleep. "Heh, he's kind of cute when he's sleeping."
"Don't go gay on me Sonic." Scourge grumbled.
"Oh, sorry bud." Sonic smiled, laying back.
